  • Review: Checking and correcting presentation spelling problems, adding comments to different slides, and protecting the presentation to stop other people making unwanted changes.
  • View: Allows you to see the presentation in various formats such as outline, slide sorter, and notes page view. You can also view multiple presentations at once in multiple windows.
