Regulations 10: Company Officers

Company Commanders are responsible for full command and control of units, administrative matters, care and maintenance of quarters and equipment, and all Department property.

Company Commanders are responsible for the proper maintenance, operation, and records of special units, and designating qualified members to care for and operate apparatus and equipment when not specifically assigned.

Company Commanders are charged with maintaining the proper discipline of members and ensuring the efficiency and operation of units under their command.
