Salads

• House Salad: Composed of fresh lettuce, freshly diced tomatoes, red onions, shredded carrots, cucumbers, a 3-cheese blend, and garlic croutons, served with a choice of dressing.
• Quesadilla Explosion Salad: Features fresh lettuce, grilled chicken breast, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, house-made corn and black bean salsa, crispy tortilla strips, drizzled with ancho-chile ranch sauce and citrus-balsamic dressing. Accompanied by freshly toasted 3-cheese quesadillas.
• Santa Fe Chicken Salad: Includes fresh lettuce, grilled chile-seasoned chicken, house-made pico de gallo, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, tortilla strips, and is dressed with ranch and spicy Santa Fe sauce.
• Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad: Combines fresh lettuce with crispy chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce, applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, house-made pico de gallo, and crispy tortilla strips, served with ranch dressing and a drizzle of ancho-chile sauce.
• Caribbean Salad: A mix of fresh lettuce, hand-cut pineapple, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, diced red bell peppers, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds, served with honey-lime dressing. Options available for Grilled Chicken or Seared Shrimp.
• Grilled Chicken Salad (cal. 430): Contains fresh lettuce, grilled chicken breast, fresh diced tomatoes, house-made corn and black bean salsa, and a 3-cheese blend, dressed with honey-lime vinaigrette.
• Fresco Salad: Made with fresh spring mix tossed in honey-lime vinaigrette and topped with queso fresco.

Soups

• Loaded Baked Potato Soup: Creamy potato soup topped with applewood smoked bacon, fresh chopped green onions, and a 3-cheese blend. Available in options of Bowl, Cup, or Bowl/Cup with any entrée.
• Chicken Enchilada Soup: Tasty enchilada soup topped with crispy tortilla strips and a 3-cheese blend. Available in options of Bowl, Cup, or Bowl/Cup with any entrée.
• Southwest Chicken Soup: Features oven-roasted chicken, hominy, and tomato in ancho-chile chicken broth, topped with crispy tortilla strips and chopped cilantro. Available in options of Bowl, Cup, or Bowl/Cup with any entrée.
• Terlingua Chili: A slow-cooked chili made with beef, onions, and chiles, topped with cheese. Available in options of Bowl, Cup, or Bowl/Cup with any entrée.

• Soup & Salad: A bowl of soup served with a house salad or fresco salad, with choice of dressing.
• Chili & Salad: A bowl of chili paired with a house salad or fresco salad, also with choice of dressing.
• Soup & Fresco Salad: A bowl of soup served alongside a Fresco Salad.
• Chili & Fresco Salad: A bowl of chili served with a Fresco Salad.
• Bottomless Soup & Salad: Unlimited refills on any delicious soup accompanied by a house salad or new Fresco Salad, served with warm tostada chips and fresh salsa. Available in-restaurant only. Chili incurs an additional cost after 4 p.m.
