    • Let system self-test, inform C/C "ready for winching", and press F1 on MFC (spades)

    Spare Wheel Removal

    • Maximum permissible load in short position is 0.27t
    • Maximum permissible load in long position is 0.13t
    • Crane arm can be slewed 360° by operating the slew gear drive with the crank handle

    Fuel System

    • Pre-filter type, main filter type, and fuel tank capacity of 400 litres
    • Range of 500 km, injection system, and pre-cleaner with cartridge

    Electrical System

    • Rated voltage of 24V, operating voltage of 28V, and batteries of 12V/100Ah
    • NATO EMC/NEMP protection, 4 automotive and 2 radio batteries
    • 6-monthly check, clean and grease terminals

    Winch Operations

    • Crew to prepare for winching, carry visual inspection of drum winch, and carry out function test on Aux Winch
    • Winch Op to prepare for winching, aux winch into free spool, and detail crew to fit equipment as stated in the equipment brief
