  • 1 large tomato
  • Onion
  • 3 scotch bonnet peppers (habanero pepper, preferably orange)
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 red, 1 green, and 1 orange pepper
  • Cilantro

Preparation

  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and dice the tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  • First, fry the onions together with the habanero peppers, then add fresh crushed garlic
  • Add curry powder, paprika, and any preferred spice after sautéing to your liking
  • Six guns spice from South Africa or LA Flor Sazon classico spice can be used
  • Salt or any seasoning that contains salt can be used if you do not have those spices
  • Add 1 spoonful of tomato paste
