    CCBHC Enrollment and Client Eligibility Process

    • Clients cannot be enrolled in two CCBHCs if they have private insurance, and a copy of the insurance card must be made.
    • A copy of the guardian’s state ID must be made.
    • Client guarantors need to be set up in Go Health to set up insurance, including Medicaid 01AA-Adult Basic and 39AA-WRAP.

    • PINs need to be set for clients, guardians (if applicable), and treatment advocates in Go Health.
