• CBSE has been supporting Class X and XII students through Psycho-Social counseling since 1998.

• The IVRS has answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Tele-Counseling Services

• A team of 66 trained professionals give voluntary support to students.
• The team includes principals, counselors, special educators from CBSE-affiliated schools, and psychologists.
• Services operate from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• 51 counselors are based in India.
• 15 counselors are connecting from Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.

• Bilingual podcasts/video resources cover stress management, preparation strategies, and mental well-being.
