Caracteristicas del transistor d'union bipolar (BJT)

Lo BJT es un dispositiu contrarotlat per corrent
Lo ganh de corrent es feble comparat als amplificadors de senhal, amb una valor de 10
La beta (β) es una caracteristica importanta del BJT, mesurant la relacion entre la corrent de basa e la corrent de collector

Caracteristicas del MOSFET

• Velocitat de commutacion fòrça elevada, la mai nauta entre totei lei autrei dispositius. • Comandat per tension, amb una poténcia de comandament febla. • Requiments de circuit de comandament simplificat, sens saturation prigonda e zeros volts per l'estat de desligament. • Coeficient termic negatiu, que mena a una division de corrent egal entre lei dispositius connectats en paralèl. • Pèrdas de conduccion mai elevadas que lei BJT. • Disponible amb ratings de poténcia febla a mejana (centenas d'amperes e 100s de volts).
