Study Notes

  • Cambridge Primary Sample Test is for use with curriculum published in September 2020.
  • This is Mathematics Paper 1 for Stage 3.
  • The test is designed to be completed in 40 minutes.
  • A set square and tracing paper are permissible additional materials.
  • All questions should be answered, with working shown on the question paper.
  • Calculators are not allowed.
  • The total mark for the paper is 30.

Counting Frame

  • The number shown on the counting frame composed of hundreds, tens and ones needs to be identified.

Measurement

  • Use a ruler to draw a line exactly 7 cm long.

Number Sequences

  • Write the next two numbers in the sequence beginning with 345, 335, 325, 315.
