DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service) is a number used to route calls to the relevant destination in the MSK PAS (Medical Service and Knowledge) call flow.
The DNIS is used to identify the type of call, the department, and the specific person or queue to route the call to.

The PAS DNIS Excel file and the MKS Direct DNIS are used to map incoming calls to the appropriate destination.
The DT (Directory Translation) lookup in the Visio diagram shows how the DNIS is matched to the intended destination.

PAS_GENERAL is not a queue name but a general descriptor of the call flow.
This implies a broader category for calls that are not specifically directed to a queue but may be routed based on certain criteria.

Transfer numbers should not be hardcoded in the system.
They instead, should be dynamically retrieved from a DataTable to ensure flexibility and updatability.

This call type represents a specific kind of call related to medical insurance authorization procedures.

The "Noinput / No Match Prompts" are played when the system fails to recognize the caller’s input or if there is no matching route for the call.
The “MaxNo Input” and "Max No Match" parameters define the maximum number of times these prompts can be played.

The “Willy One Queue Flag” implies a unique flag that might be used to designate a specific queue or routing behavior.
Its specific function might depend on the context of the MSK PAS system.
