• The first due Ladder Company should position the aerial to maximize scrub area

• All personnel should familiarize themselves with the aerial operations SOP

Battalion Chief Responsibilities

• The Battalion Chief is responsible for overseeing the operation and providing strategic guidance

Company Officer Responsibilities

• The Company Officer is responsible for directing the operation and providing tactical guidance

Exterior Team Responsibilities

• The exterior team is responsible for setting up the aerial, performing vertical ventilation, and checking for fire extension

Interior Team Responsibilities

• The interior team is responsible for performing searches, coordinating ventilation, and conducting overhaul on the fire floor
