- Site Survey Received: Architect's report takes 3 weeks, followed by a call the week after.
- Bldg Schematic Complete: Layout of store design; architects create schematics.
- Bldg Program Set Complete: Preliminary store plans.
- Schem Prep Pkg (Package) Complete: Design documents for architects, based on the budget done by construction.
