- Mission: Direct, supervise, and control the administration
- Objectives:
- Improve the living conditions of offenders
- Enhance rehabilitation and reformation of offenders
- Professionalize jail services
- Principles: Obligation of jail authorities to confine offenders safely and provide rehabilitative programs
Jail Officers Duties and Responsibilities
- Warden/Wardress: Supervise and control all personnel and inmates, implement legal orders rules, administer sanction, ensure security and control of the jail facility, and supervise the conduct of greyhounds
- Deputy Warden: Assist the warden in implementation and acts as Chairperson
