• Brenda shared a couple of posts, and an audio from Christian was played, focusing on the first five questions.
• The goal is to introduce the Admiralty waters of the commercial world without overwhelming participants.

• Addresses questions asked by Mark.
• The first question was about which estate Bill was referring to.
• The estate, according to Bill, is surety for all securities issued against one's credit.
• The answer to the question is the birth certificate trust, which is referred to as the "mother of all mothers".
• The birth certificate trust (BC trust) includes all assets and liabilities in the public trust known as the United States.
• The public trust is related to the Social Security number.
• Birth certificates are pieces within this large estate under the United States umbrella
• The BC trust was created to be the surety for the liabilities attributed to the strawman.
• The Strawman represents debt.
• Actions in Admiralty begin with issuing a security, criminally (warrant) or civilly (summons) for the vessel, which is the Social Security/straw man.
• Purpose for this is to entice the birth certificate, to be the underwriter to appear and postpone, and signature
• The goal is to get permission to tap the estate by appearing and signing a bond.
• However, one should not consent to sign a bond.
• The estate differs from the private estate (divine inheritance).

• Establish recognizable status and submit the correct paperwork.

• Many have failed due to a minuscule understanding of the process, mentor is suggested.

UCC Filings

• Most filings identify the Patriot to Treasury as incompetent.
• Turner Docks damaged the reputation of many patriots in treasury files.
• Properly done, UCCs perfect a maritime lien.
• UCC 9-302A3 shows the BC as proof of a perfected lien in the state.
• Filings allow public officials to see standing, perfect a maritime lien, and put it in their court.

Achieving Standing Without UCC Forms

• Not possible in admiralty.
• Behind every perfected lien is a correct security agreement.
• A UCC serves as notice of a commercial security agreement.
• Original security agreement identified the strawman as the debtor, preventing claims securities in the BC trust account.
• The Social Security Trust is a subsidiary of the birth certificate estate which is a pass-through.
• Naming the living man as creditor is a mistake because it cannot put living man in the system.
• The clerk is usually correct in rejecting UCCs because it all must be paper.
• Use an Admiralty Ready proxy (proxy nickname) not belonging to the agency.

CP575 and UCC Filing difficulties

• UCCs can be complex.
• If declared a decedent estate, the UCC is more problematic along with the security agreement.

Post 653: Creating a Trust Relationship

• Section 401 of the Uniform Trust Code states a trust is created when declared, trustee is appointed, or property is delivered.
• This supports the idea that "everything is a trust".
• Those arguing trusts without knowing the above need to review the basics.
• Courts are in fiduciary breach by engaging in unjust enrichment, securities fraud, and conspiracy to obstruct tax law.
• If access to the estate is denied for not volunteering the straw man/SSN as trustee or conveying legal title by deposit, it can cause serious trouble.
• Cautions against trying this without a solid understanding, they will make example out of you for attacking their livelihood.
• Courts won't disclose breaches of trust publicly, so it needs to happen privately.
• Any case can be converted into a court of equity.
• Caution is advised without sufficient knowledge to stand on.
• Private matters shouldn't be exposed publicly because it is confidential trust matters.
• Civil or criminal courts can be converted into courts of equity.

Expressing Rights to Special Deposit

• Entities attempt to extort funds from the estate.
• By expressing a desire to settle the matter via special deposit leads to the authority to claim that as a private assist.
• Expressing the trust is important in court, state your desires to settle the matter done in special deposit where ypu claim your securities expressing that the information being shared is confidential commercial information.
• It is in trust, so it should not be exposed publicly.
• General equals public, special equals private.
• In any arrest situation, a bond is created.
• Custody is an important term to define.
• Learning to express the trust is the goal.
• Social Security is a contract, a trust, and a special deposit.
• Social Security Certificate is a security certificate which represents a series of derivatives.
• Social Security account receives a deposit of a bond issued by the Department of Treasury under the birth certificate number.

• It also represents a trust created by the deposit of a birth bond and is charged for every public debt.
• Instead of handing over the birth certificate, the Social Security card should be given as the defendant.
• The US recognizes Social Security as a U.S. government contract.

Importance of Language and Study
