Carbohydrates

Simple carbohydrates, such as glucose and fructose, contain six carbon atoms and are composed of a single sugar unit, while complex carbohydrates (polysaccharides) are made up of multiple sugar units joined together. Proteins
Proteins are made up of amino acids, which are joined together by peptide bonds. The sequence of amino acids determines the specific protein's structure and function. Nucleic Acids
