Beverage Service

• Drinks should be served promptly and correctly to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• When collecting beverages, verify the order accuracy, ensuring drinks are prepared according to guest preferences.
• Ensure sufficient drinks are available for all guests, with one drink per person.
• When serving wine, there should be enough glasses for each guest.
• Traditionally, wine bottles are presented to guests before service, known as “the ritual of wine service.”
• Wine presentation allows guests to confirm the correct selection and prevent serving errors.
• Once the guest confirms the wine, it can be opened.
• Never present an already opened wine bottle.
• If a guest requests a bottle to be opened before the meal to allow it to breathe, present the unopened bottle before serving.
• Decanting wine serves two purposes:
  • Separating sediment from aged wine.
  • Enhancing the wine's vibrancy and aroma.
