Things to Do Before Settling Down

  • Do something that really scares them: sky-diving (author is terrified of heights)

  • Go to a place where they don't speak English and the author doesn't speak the language (e.g. Nepal)

  • Learn to cook at least 10 favorite dishes (currently can only cook 2)
  • Have dinner with a friend in one of the world's best restaurants
  • See lots of favorite bands play live
  • Do volunteer work for a while to help others, not just themselves (for personal growth too)
