Article 1

Article 2

    • Second: Availability of health conditions such as cleanliness, ventilation, complete lighting, and air conditioning
    • Third: Approval of the Ministry of Health for the devices, medicines, and medical and cosmetic preparations used in it
    • A dermatologist or plastic surgeon should supervise and performs a medical examination on the beneficiary before providing the service and after it

Article 3

  • The employees and practitioners of the cosmetology profession in the center covered by these instructions are subject to a clinical and periodic medical examination proving that they are free of infectious diseases

Article 6

  • Penalties stipulated in the Public Health Law No. (89) of 1981 shall be imposed on everyone who violates the provisions of these instructions

Article 7

  • These instructions shall be implemented from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
