Learning Together
- First two years, Austin Scholars take one class together each semester (FYS1947: Who Am I?, RTS1610: Doors to the Sacred, RTS2400: Sex, Politics & History of St. Augustine, RTS2810: Sex, Marriage, Family, Work
- Classes are reflection-based, connecting in-class content with community service
- Austin Scholars also act as tutors and teaching assistants
Core Requirement
- Core curriculum requirements fulfilled by Austin Scholar classes
- Fifth course required to fulfill the Religious & Theological Studies Minor
Students Entering Merrimack

Serving Together
- Austin Scholars serve in the community for a minimum of two hours per week (18 hours total semester)
