General Information (page 4)
- The JJIF-Duo System presents the defence of several predetermined attacks.
- Attacks are divided into three series of four attacks each (Gripping attacks, Punches, etc.)
- Every attack involves a pre-attack.
- The objective is realistic and technical defence, judged on technical skills.
Competition Dressing (page 6)
- Competitors must follow regulations from the Sporting Code (SC).
- Those not conforming to the rules are disqualified.
- Competitors get 2 minutes to comply after being informed.
- Gi are required, coloured according to the phase/qualification.
- Female Competitors can wear a leotard/rashguard with a gi jacket.
- Protective gear is permitted (forearm, etc) but is to be made of soft materials.
- Jockstraps and mouthpieces allowed; other potentially harmful items are not.
