- Bring all equipment provided by EcoSystems, including a fully charged extra battery and power cord, calipers, a tape measure, a digital tape, vice grips, a utility belt, a cheap extra stylus, a screwdriver, aerator keys and reference kit, a flow bag/cylinder, and prefilling GoCanvas and Squid.
- Enter all property information and the unit matrix or rent roll into GoCanvas, ensuring that all renovation types are entered and named properly.
- Enter room layouts into the second page of GoCanvas, including the ideal naming convention of "(# of Bed)x(# of Bath) (Unit Name) (Sq ft)".
- Plan to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled assessment time and be patient and polite while on site.
