Adware

Nagware
- Continuously reminds users to pay for software through alert messages, dialog boxes, and other prompts.
Donationware

Freemium
- Offers a basic, full-featured version of the software for free, but charges for additional premium features.
Demoware
- Trial version of a software package, typically offering a demo or trial period before purchase.
- This is broken down further into two subcategories.
Crippleware
- Restricts the software's features until a purchase. Limited features are available. There's a time limit for its use
Trialware
- Software permits full usage of its features during a trial period lasting a specific amount of time.
