Apple Limited Warranty

• A standard warranty that covers repairs and replacements for defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date
• Does not provide 24/7 priority technical support
• Does not cover accidental damage

AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss

• A paid service program that extends the warranty period up to 2 years from the original purchase date
• Provides 24/7 priority technical support
• Covers accidental damage, including up to 2 incidents of accidental damage, each subject to a service fee of 29forscreendamageor29 for screen damage or 29forscreendamageor99 for other damage

iPhone Trade-in Program

• A program that allows customers to trade in their old iPhone for a gift card or credit towards a new iPhone purchase

How it Works

• Use Apple's trade-in tool to estimate the value of your iPhone based on its model, condition, and storage size
• Bring your iPhone to an Apple Store or mail it in using a pre-paid shipping label
• Receive an Apple Gift Card or credit towards a new iPhone purchase

Eligibility

• iPhone models eligible for trade-in: iPhone 8 and later, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus
• Device condition required: Must be in good condition, with no cracks on the screen, and be able to turn on

Trade-in Values

• Values vary depending on the iPhone model, condition, and storage size
• Up to $600 or more for newer models in good condition
• Lower values for older models or those with damage

Using Trade-in Credit

• Can be used towards the purchase of a new iPhone, Apple Watch, or other Apple products
• Credit is applied at the time of purchase, and any remaining balance will be refunded as an Apple Gift Card
