- My dashboard is used to manage work and APD iConnect.
- Authorization can be found under the authorization tab in consumer's record or my dashboard in the consumer column.
- Enrollment specialist contacts are available through a specialist/liaison list.
Roles and Access
- Provider Unity role lacks access to provider records.
- Agency owners can request access for their employees through ID PASS.
- Provider EVV Manager has access to EVV scheduling and assigns workers for EVV services.
- Service Provider Worker role cannot access agency records at all.
Referral and Claims Management
- Providers must add a referral manager and service referral positions to respond to referrals in APD iConnect.
- Claims can be submitted via single claim, batch claim, 837 file uploads, or EVV; all methods are acceptable.
Provider Responsibilities
- Providers failing to respond to MWSA renewal notices will face termination without further notice.
- Users' visibility and functionalities within iConnect depend on their assigned roles.
