Egypt (c. 3150–332 BC)

This civilization had advanced urban planning and infrastructure, including water supply systems, drainage system, sanitation facilities, baked brick houses, paved roads, and fortifications.
Greeks (8th century BC – 4th century AD)

The Greeks invented democratic government, which emphasized individual rights and political freedom.
