Academic Audit and Assessment
- Every educational institution must conduct internal assessments and maintain records of attendance, assignments, case studies, mini projects, and industrial training.
- The Head of the Institution will conduct an Academic Audit for every course in a semester, with an external course expert as one of the members.
- The University or inspection team may verify the records of Academic Audit reports of both current and previous semesters.
Attendance and Assessment Records
- Every teacher must maintain an 'ATTENDANCE AND ASSESSMENT RECORD' for each course.
- The record includes attendance, test marks, and class work, which is submitted to the Head of the Department periodically for verification.
- The Head of the Department signs and dates the record after verification, and the Head of the Institution verifies it at the end of the semester.
University Examinations
- A student can appear for University Examinations if they have satisfied semester completion requirements.
- Online courses with certificates can be credited, subject to a maximum of six credits.
Internal Marks and Grade Sheet
- Internal marks approved by the Head of the Institution are displayed by the respective HODs within 5 days from the last working day.

Co-Curricular Activities
- Co-curricular activities like NCC, NSS, NSO, YRC, Science club, Literary Club, and Fine Arts Club require a minimum of 75% attendance and successful completion.
- Successful completion of any one co-curricular activity is compulsory for the award of degree.
Value Added Courses/Internship/Industrial Training
- Grades obtained for one/two credit courses (not part of the curriculum) are included in the Grade Sheet under 'Value Added Courses/Internship/Industrial Training'.
- Grades obtained as RA, SA do not figure in the Grade Sheet.
Audit Course
- If a student completes an Audit Course satisfying attendance requirements, the title is mentioned in the Grade Sheet.
- If attendance requirements are not satisfied, it will not be shown in the Grade Sheet.
