Uniform female officers: The hair may NOT extend BELOW SHOULDER length. Shoulder length is defined as the bottom of the collar when standing in the military position of attention. Ponytails are permissible. However, they must be worn so as not to interfere with the wearing of the uniform hat or fall BELOW THE COLLAR. Hair accessories are permissible but shall be midnight blue or black in color.
