You should change the phase if the case was dropped

There is generally no need to change cases to the "Demand out" or "Demand out/Still treating" since the Demand Team (Juan) already changes the phase to those whenever a demand is sent.

If we obtained an offer and are working on obtaining a better one for a case, this should be the phase of the case:

Phase to tell the client is not currently treating but the demand is out

you NEVER change the phase to: subbed out, dropped, archived
