Targeted Offers and Campaigns
- Starting March 18, 2024, YouTube TV will launch the first Sunday Ticket 2024 targeted offers campaign
- Nitrate and email campaigns will launch on March 18th, and DR Ad campaigns will start on March 27th with affinity targeting
- Targeted offers will be either $50 or $100 off, eligible for new NFLST sign-ups only
Backup Code Process
- If a customer claims their code doesn't work, confirm the customer received a product email on the proper account
- Confirm the offer the customer received: $50 off or $100 off
- Navigate to the NFLST Targeted Offer (BackUp Codes) document, select an unused code, and fill out key tracking info
Redemption Flows
- Nitrate/Email Campaigns: users will have a unique link that directs them to checkout with their offer
- DR: users will have vanity codes such as “SALE100” that they can enter during NFLST checkout
