Ohm's Law
- Ohm's Law relates electric current (I), voltage (V), and resistance (R) in a circuit
- I = V/R (current = voltage / resistance)
- V = I*R (voltage = current * resistance)
- R = V/I (resistance = voltage / current)
Electric Current Formula
- I = ΔQ / Δt (current = change in charge / change in time)
- ΔQ = charge in coulombs (C)
- Δt = time in seconds (s)
Calculating Electric Current
- To calculate electric current, you need to know the voltage and resistance of the circuit
- Use Ohm's Law to calculate current: I = V/R
