By the end of this module, you will have a deeper understanding of how HR works and why it's critical to business success. To begin, let's define what Human Resources really is. Simply put, HR is the department within an organization that is responsible for managing employees. But HR is far more than just recruitment and handling paychecks. It includes the recruitment process, employee training, ensuring workplace safety, employee benefits, performance reviews, and much more. HR is there to ensure that the workforce is equipped with the right skills, motivation, and resources to help the company succeed. HR\'s role goes far beyond operational tasks.
