Answer ALL QUESTIONS in this test. 2. Type and let your index number appear on top of all the pages you will use to answer the questions. Provide page numbers as well. 3. Read the questions carefully and provide only relevant answers. 4. The total marks for this test is 60 marks. 5. Type all your answers using Times New Roman as the font style and point 12 as the font size. Line spacing should be 1.5 in a Microsoft office Word file format.
