This role involves developing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in market research, keyword research (using tools like SEMrush and Google Trends), technical SEO, WordPress backend, and managing search engine consoles (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.). Experience in social media management, global campaign optimization, and budget handling is also required. The candidate should have excellent writing abilities, a strategic mindset, and experience in leading teams to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: SEO & SEM Optimization: Oversee and execute SEO strategies and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns to increase website traffic and drive sales. Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to improve site performance, including site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and indexing. Implement structured data, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and fix other technical issues to enhance search engine rankings and ensure optimal website performance. Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, optimized content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Identify quality content within the team, ensuring proper grammar, vocabulary, and creativity. Analytics & Reporting: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on ROI, KPIs, and other key metrics. Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
