These books shall be closed on MAINTENANCE OF BOOKS the 31st of March each year. The accounts will OF ACCOUNTS be audited by a Chartered Accountant, who shall be appointed or reappointed annually. The necessary returns shall be filed with the relevant authorities. The Trust and its funds shall be irrevocable for all times. It is expressly declared that no part of the Trust property, income, or any accretion IRREVOCABILITY OF THE thereto shall be applied for any purpose that is TRUST not a charitable purpose under the law. All provisions hereof shall be construed accordingly. A two-thirds majority shall constitute the office of the Trust, unless changed by the OFFICE OF THE TRUST Trustees. The bank accounts of the Trust shall be BANK OPERATION operated jointly or singly by the Settler–cum– Chairman–cum–Managing-Trustee and the Secretary, with their compulsory signatures. In the event of the dissolution of the Trust, its DISSOLUTION OF THE TRUST properties and funds shall be transferred to another institution with similar objectives, which is registered under Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act.
