Computer-Generated Imagery ( CGI)- images created using the computer. Used of computer graphics: -it can be a simple as company logo to realistic special effects in films - Heavily used in games and animated movies. - CGI PHOTOGRAPH 2. Digital painting - Using computer software and hardware - Copies the medium and materials used in traditional painting in a computer software - Made using graphic tablets and pen stylus. - Allows the artist to choose the types of paint, color and brush to use at a click of a mouse. - Artist can easily undo his mistakes. - Artist can repeat and create copies of his work. - Artist can not only reproduce the visual texture of traditional painting, but also create actual textural relief as well. Digital painting 3. ASCII art - Created images using combinations of letters, numbers and symbols. - used during the early 1980s - Made by computer graphic artist Kenneth Knowlton in 1966. - Entitled “ Studies in Perception I” ASCII ART Running art Using sports application and GPS capabilities of the modern smart phones to create image. Create images with their trails. Digital Photography Are pictures and images that are recorded and stored as digital file using digital devices such as a digital camera, cp and so on.
