How these skills can be effectively utilized in the hospitality industry, and strategies for enhancing student readiness through experiential learning opportunities. Through a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of hospitality management students and intentional efforts to support their development, the industry can ensure a steady pipeline of talented professionals ready to meet the evolving needs of guests and stakeholders alike SDG 4: Quality Education STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM 1. Based on the findings, what strategies may be proposed to enhance the skills and abilities of hospitality students HYPOTHESIS OF THE STUDY Ho: There is no significant difference on the level of readiness of Hospitality Management students according to their Age, Gender, Year Level Ho1: There is no significant difference on the level of readiness of students from college of hospitality management in the following area/skills according to their Generic Skills, Fundamental and Curriculum Related Skills, Functional Area Specific Skills, Concentration Area Specific Skills Ho2:There is no significant difference on the level of readiness of Hospitality Management students according to skills and abilities of Hospitality Management students towards their readiness employees when grouped according to profile. Ho3:There is no significant difference on the level of readiness of Hospitality Management students according to the perceived skills and abilities of the hospitality management students to their level of readiness in the hotel industry.
