Autocorrect is a quantitative process. Autocorrect contains analysis of input text and compare it with a dictionary that defined before. The correction is made based on measurable criteria such as spelling accuracy and the suggestions of correction in dictionary. The research tool that is going to be used is a survey, because it can be valuable to collect feedback from students who use it. To know other peoples' experience with autocorrect and this will make its effectiveness clearer. The survey will help us to know students\' needs and to collect as much information as possible and to know different points of view. The survey will be given to university students who study translation and students who uses autocorrect first because our research is about the effects of autocorrect on university students\' translation and second because this group of students use autocorrect so their point of view that will be submitted to our survey would be beneficial in our survey to collect more information about the specific topic.
