  • Jose Ma. Panganiban, born in Mambalaw, Camarines Norte, on the 19th Pere Panganiban was awarded the title of Bachelor of Science from Coleg de San Juan de Letran, and studied medicine at the University of Sto. Tomas until his third year.
  • He distinguished himself in speech and journalism throughout his studies at Letran and Sto. Tomas.
